Can I open a dispute for an order if the client is acting unfairly?

Yes. If a client violates the rules or makes unjustified demands, the lawyer has the right to open a dispute. The dispute may be resolved through an internal conciliation procedure within the Service; if no agreement is reached, mediation may be involved; and if the dispute remains unresolved after these stages, it will be reviewed by a court.
